New Patient Visits

Your initial appointment with our staff entails a thorough examination of all of your teeth as well as a detailed evaluation of your dental health and medical history. Minor treatments are frequently administered during the same appointment. However, for more complicated oral health issues, your dentist will develop a treatment plan with you during this initial appointment that will take care of all of these more complicated oral health issues. These could be significant gum recession, advanced gum disease, tooth replacement, jawbone loss, or other issues.

At your first visit, please provide the following items which will help our team best serve you:

• Any previous x-rays, if applicable. 
• A list of medications you are presently taking.
• If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
