Your initial appointment with our team consists of a full exams of your teeth as well as a full oral health and medical history assessment. If minor treatments are needed, these can typically be given the same visit. However, for more complex oral health concerns, this first visit will consist of your dentist forming a treatment plan with you that will address all of these more complex oral health concerns. These may include advanced cases of gum disease, severe gum recession, tooth replacement, jawbone loss, or other complications.
At your first visit, please provide the following items which will help our team best serve you:
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
